Terms of enrolment.

Muallimah University delivers the Alimiyyah, an online programme for Muslim women.

Enrolment gives you personal access to the programme, its lessons, assessments and scholar feedback. The programme is self-paced and you may begin as soon as your enrolment is complete. Access is strictly personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared with any other person.

The Alimiyyah is paid by subscription. It renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Course materials are provided for your personal study on the programme. You may not resell them, republish them, share your credentials, or use them to run a competing programme.

Students who successfully complete the required study and assessments are awarded an diploma with ijāzāt, together with a teaching licence according to the sciences and levels completed. This does not qualify a student to issue fatwas.

We may adjust course materials, schedules and features over time to improve the programme. Access is subject to reasonable availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
